More ways to get rid of belly fat

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), not only is belly fat something we don’t like to see, it could also have major negative health effects on our bodies. In Part 2 he gives us several more of his 7 Belly Blasters including what he calls “the single most important thing you’re going to take away from this show.” I’ll give you a hint, it has to do with curbing hunger.
